We'll do our best to answer as soon as possible, but:

  • Usually give it at least a week. If it's a really difficult question it might take longer.
  • The question and answer will appear on the web page you just saw. We cannot answer questions by e-mail. To do that, we'd have to ask for your name and e-mail address, and we don't encourage youngsters to hand out that information.
  • For the same reason, we won't print your name or address with the question.
  • We'll print the question and answer on the web only if they will be of interest to many other kids. “How far is it from Boston to Frankfurt” won't qualify.
